Turnaround Time:
RMA process generally requires 1-4 weeks for completion.
Diagnosis/troubleshooting (1-5 days)
Manufacturer’s decision including part shipping period (1-3 weeks)
Repair (1-3 days).
Drop off/Appointment:
Please do not proceed with device drop-off until you have a response from the office and are given an appointment.

Inspection:
A quality check will be conducted upon dropping off your device.
Goods damaged in transit will be the client's responsibility.
