Repair Center Terms

Please read carefully. These terms are binding upon filing a repair center request.

The Terms

Fees and Payment:

Turnaround Time:

  1. RMA process generally requires 1-4 weeks for completion.

  2. Diagnosis/troubleshooting (1-5 days)

  3. Manufacturer’s decision including part shipping period (1-3 weeks)

  4. Repair (1-3 days).

Drop off/Appointment:

  1. Please do not proceed with device drop-off until you have a response from the office and are given an appointment.

  2. Should you not receive a response within the next 72 hours, please feel free to reach out on +2348023077749.

Inspection:

  1. A quality check will be conducted upon dropping off your device.

  2. Goods damaged in transit will be the client's responsibility.
